Returns & Exchanges are not accepted on undamaged products. If your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact us for instructions on receiving a replacement. Please take photographs of all damaged items, including the shipping box/packaging materials within 72 hours of receipt. Include your order number in the subject line of the email. Send this information to info@pouredpositivitycandles.com.

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
